No-Bake Chocolate-Raspberry Cream Pie

Another standing dessert recipe from bon appétit is their no-bake chocolate-raspberry cream pie. The creamy and fruity taste is what I love most about this dessert. And the greatest thing about it is the blend of the bittersweet chocolate paired with such fruity goodness in your mouth.

Coconut Bonbons

This next dessert in my list is the yummy coconut bonbons which are favoured by most kids. The irresistible contrasting taste of the crisp dark chocolate and the icy coconut sorbet is one of a kind. It brings the old-time favourite sorbet into a new package and a more exciting taste. The ones from Martha Stewart is one of the best!

Marshmallow Cookie Sandwiches

Cookies are great. Sandwiches are dull. Marshmallows are fantastic. Let’s face it. This is what our kids think about foods and we had felt it years ago too. So why not combine this three in one dessert? The presentation of this marshmallow cookie sandwiches are very attractive in the eyes of the kids too. Chocolate Banana Pudding

Who could resist chocolates? That is why I included the chocolate banana pudding in my list. Chocolate is everyone’s favourite. And banana too! The combination of the two is perfect for each other. One compliments the other. This dessert is the second from the easiest in my list and your kids can put their hands on mess to help you.

Coconut Dates

If you are looking for a very easy, no heat, no whisk and no bake dessert treat, then, meet coconut dates! It’s very easy because you only need three ingredients to serve you – dates, puffed wheat cereal and shredded coconut. All you have to do is to mash the dates using your finger until you form a ball. Then you add your cereal and knead the mixture. And to furnish everything, form the mixture into small balls and roll them in a bowl of shredded coconut to coat. For me, aside from the fact that it is the easiest, it is also the safest and the most fun to do with kids.

Peach Melba Spoom

If you have an ice cream maker at home, then this next treat is for you. This dessert is made from voluminous egg whites and is called by some as a frozen meringue recipe. You need water, sugar, peaches, raspberries and egg whites to make this delicious dessert. The beautiful thing about the peach melba spoom is that our kids will definitely love its fluffiness and sweetness and will spoon them ‘til the end. I bet that you will have an empty container once you serve it and will end up wanting for more. But, let me remind you that every dessert needs to be consumed in moderation.

No-Bake Lemon Cream Tart

For tart lovers, never miss to try making a no-bake lemon cream tart. The fluffy texture of cream and the misty flavour of lemon are very inviting in the palate that no could resist once you serve them on your table.
